Day 2: Live Lounge Lunchtime

The second day of Culture Week was filled with cultural live music, and positive energy was everywhere. Of course a huge thank you to Mr Barker and Team. The atmosphere was nothing short of electric, with each note of music creating a shared sense of joy and connection among the crowd supporting each person. The event brought together people from all walks of life as we ourselves heard each person pour out their lungs.

The crowd drastically elevated the atmosphere: it was vibrant, not just in spirit, but in style. People showed up looking sharp, each outfit an expression of their country and their deeper meaning behind the flashy colours and symbols. The attire included a myriad of styles and expressions: elegant dresses to casual yet trendy looks; it was clear that everyone took the opportunity to put their best foot forward, but aside from the clothes, it was the energy that stood out the most—people genuinely supporting one another, cheering on the performers, and simply enjoying the moment.

The best part of it all was the shared sense of community. It wasn’t just about the performances or the outfits—it was the feeling of being part of something bigger, where everyone’s presence mattered. The students here at EHC truly seized the day using it as a chance to radiate our beautiful diversity that EHC powerfully supports.
