Twelve of the students selected to complete the Bronze D of E award visited Eccup reservoir during Enrichment time on Wednesday 11th October. Students completed a 5 mile walk, cooked a meal in groups and even celebrated the birthday of one of the group’s members. Students remained cheerful, despite the rain and learnt a bit about preparation and clothing needed for the expedition.
