On 15 March, 45 of our A Level Geography students took part in a field trip to Hornsea and Flamborough with Mrs Carr, Mrs Barker, Mrs Noble and Mr Bland. Students were practising data collection techniques for their coursework and applying understanding of coastal processes and management to real life situations.
“We had a great day’s fieldwork with our year 12 geographers – they all worked really well with each other, practised a range of techniques and experienced one of our case studies first hand. We enjoyed a picnic lunch on the beach and a little singsong on the minibus home. To top it all off the sun was shining!”
