World Book Day 2022

This year’s World Book Day took place on 3 March. Now at its 25^th Anniversary we wanted to do something a little special in college this year. All week from the 28 February, we invited all students and staff to head down to culture corner to write the title and author of their favourite book and why they love it on a postcard and hang it on our tree of culture.

“It was fantastic to see the buzz created by our tree of culture throughout the week. As the days passed, more and more students and staff had added their postcard with their favourite book recommendation. It was a great visual way to share everyone’s love of reading and celebrate the creative work of the authors chosen.”
