FAQ

Attendance at a taster event is a condition of entry to Elliott Hudson College and those attending will be prioritised in our application process over those that do not attend. Please see your Taster Day invitation for further information.

No, you don’t need to wear your school uniform. You are welcome to wear jeans, hoodies, trainers, and jewellery, but our college as does have professional dress code, so please check your Taster Day invitation for full details.

EHC is a cash-free site. Only card/phone payments will be accepted. Students can buy a pre-pay voucher from our college store which will allow them to purchase lunch on the day.

Unfortunately, students will not be able to leave site on the day of the Taster Day. There are lunch facilities on site including a Costa Coffee and cafeteria. Students are also welcome to bring a packed lunch.

Applicants will be emailed about their Taster Day by the end of May 2026.
