The mission of Elliott Hudson College is to create a culture of excellence in which all thrive. All members of our community understand that a culture of excellence is achieved by each person doing a little better each day. By adopting this mindset over a prolonged period of time, all within our community can achieve excellence but also create a culture that encourages excellence in others.

Our fundamental belief is that all students can be successful in their programme of study providing they:

• are taught well every day in a well designed and implemented curriculum; and
• are provided with the support and guidance to develop the habits for successful academic study.

To achieve this vision, the college has developed clear goals that it will work towards between 2024-2029, summarised in the diagram below:
